darren lee (dee) miller is a collaborative leader with over 15 years of experience in academic arts administration, interdisciplinary scholarship, and community engagement, fostering collaboration and equity initiatives across academic and arts communities..
Dee incorporates a number of innovative strategies into teaching, guiding undergraduates and MFA candidates to develop independent learning skills, fostering student autonomy and personal accountability.
Dee’s teaching, curatorial work, and artwork have been recognized through numerous residencies, exhibitions, acquisitions, and a 2019-20 Fulbright Research Fellowship to Brazil. Dee lives and works in Ohio and Puerto Rico.
